Deb Chenault, the artist and owner behind Twelfth House Designs, has been creating a unique line of jewelry as a full-time metalsmith since 2001. With a varied background that ranges from executive financial management to freelance writing and commercial illustration, she has lent her expertise to several nonprofit arts organizations over the decades, working primarily as a board of directors' member or in an advisory board member capacity. As an adjudicated Kentucky Crafted Program artist, she also serves on the Kentucky Crafted Market advisory committee. Currently, she lives and works from her studio in Berea, Kentucky, while maintaining an active schedule of retail art and craft shows as well as operating a large wholesale business.
