Dr. Winter Phong is a consultant, educator, scholar and arts administrator with over two decades of experience working across the nonprofit, higher education and cultural sectors. Internationally and nationally known for her leadership in fundraising, accessibility and strategic planning, she brings a rare blend of creative practice and business expertise, holding a doctorate in interdisciplinarity in the arts and dual MFA/MBA degree in Theatre Management.
Winter has served in senior roles including Development Director, Managing Director, General Manager, and Director of Patron Services, supporting regional theatres, community arts centers, and emerging arts ventures across the U.S. and beyond.
