​Yuha Jung is an attorney at law at YuhaJung PLLC, focusing on intellectual property, contract and business law. She works with artists, creative professionals and nonprofit organizations, offering legal guidance grounded in her background in financial management and her extensive experience researching and writing policy for arts and cultural organizations. With firsthand experience as a practicing artist, she approaches her work with a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the field.

Dr. Jung is also a professor of Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky. Her interdisciplinary research spans arts management, museum studies, historic preservation, and the legal and policy frameworks that shape the cultural field. She is the author of Transforming Museum Management: Evidence-Based Change through Open Systems Theory and co-editor of Systems Thinking in Museums: Theory and Practice and The Oxford Handbook of Arts and Cultural Management.

Her work in historic preservation has been supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities, reflecting her commitment to exploring more equitable approaches to cultural heritage and public memory. With a JD, PhD, MPA and BFA, Dr. Jung brings together legal expertise, academic scholarship, and lived artistic experience to support more equitable, sustainable, and informed practices across the arts.
