His work resonates with the connection between all things. In the search for love, joy and beauty, we are all united as one. This quality is evident in his art.

The subject of two half-hour documentaries broadcast nationally in the U.S. and Germany, his work has been exhibited and commissioned in Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East, and featured in over 80 publications worldwide.

Celebrated for their strength and emotional expressiveness, Kemper's projects have won widespread acclaim, including three prestigious CODA International Design awards. They are installed on time and on budget. Projects include Chicago O’Hare, Baltimore/Washington, Orlando, Nashville, and St. Pete/Clearwater airports, Mt. Baker rail station in Seattle, and the Catholic Memorial at Ground Zero in New York.

Combining superlative design and craftsmanship, Kemper is active in the corporate, liturgical and public art fields. His large-scale, site-specific, placemaking artworks are integrated into the surrounding architecture, inspired by their particular setting and the local community.

He lives and works on his farm of cliffs, forests, and waterfalls in Woodford County, Kentucky.
